Referral

Arsenault Bros. are excited to announce the return of our Employee Referral Program. Nominate someone who you think would be a good fit with the Arsenault Bros. team and you could receive up to $2,100.

A referral award in the amount of $100 will be issued if the referred candidate is interviewed. A second referral award in the amount of $1,000 will be issued if the referred candidate is hired and completes 160 hours with the company within a 4 week period. A third referral award in the amount of $1,000 will be issued if the referred candidate completes 1,000 hours with the company.

Conditions

• The candidate cannot be currently or formerly employed by Arsenault Bros.
• Candidates referred by multiple employees will only result in one referral award. The award will be issued to the employee referral submission first received.
• Employees responsible for hiring decisions regarding the position for which the candidate is referred are not eligible to receive referral awards.
